FAMOLDE was founded in 1984 initially by a group of 4 workers/ partners with large knowledge in the mould industry.

FAMOLDE is a certificated company by the norm 9001/2000, specialized in the manufacturing of high technical moulds of small and medium sizes, destined to the injection of thermoplastics. The company has a working area of 6500m2 with approx. 76 employees skilled in the mould industry and, is equipped with modern technology, since High Speed Machining centers, Electro Robot Erosion centers, Wire Erosion up to Laser Micro-Machining.

FAMOLDE has a most up-dated software management combination that permits to effect a direct connection between CAD/CAE engineering department and all manufacturing departments, that auto-controls each production stage in order to control the final product (plastic part) using the highest technology (Optical dimensional and 3D control) with competitive prices and lead-times.

Besides this, the company has also his own injection department which allows testing the moulds from 50t up to 450t machines. The moulds are submitted to lab tests in the highest requested conditions.

Our Commercial Department establishes direct contact with the client in German, English and Spanish language, and with collaboration with Technical Department we are prepared to give immediate response to all drawings in all software systems.

The compatibility between the existing Know-how and the organized way, working methods with competency, honesty and direct communication with the client, leads to the success of the company and the success of our clients.
